Description: Black Star Dragonballs: Black Star Dragonball Rps must be at least 70 posts long. Try not to go to much over 70 posts. Scattered throughout the universe - one on each planet: Earth, Vegeta, Namek, Subzero, Konack, Senkakusha, and Arlia - after being used they're scattered to the planets again, and players must wait a month before they can collect them again. If a wish is made and the DBalls are not collected again within 4 months, the planet the wish was made on will be destroyed. Wishes: 2 Options: A skill if Ozma or Chubs approves it. (In Rp only) 2 stat points added to int, wis, str, (Up to 20 max in int and wis, and 18 max in str) or 25k pl or ki (Stat raise is in Rp and in mud). Transporter from a clan hall to all planets (Transport to 1 planet instantly, can only be used once per week per person.) Can wish for a custom skill in Rp only, if approved by Chubs.
