Description: This is the ki ability to transport any mob or player to your current location. Summoning can only be done on people with a lower level than the person summoning them. Do not summon MOBs that drop any items in the MUD. Like spiders, dragons, key MOBs or anything like that. All offenses will be punished with a 3 day hell. No summoning and killing people with a dragonball. This also means no summoning someone with a dragonball for someone else to kill. Rp Affects: Same-Planet takes 25% of the summoner's Ki, and can only be done twice a week. Inter-Planet takes 50% of the summoner's Ki, and can only be done once a week. you can only summon someone with a lower Pl than you, but mental races -Kaios, Kanassans, Icers, and Nameks - can resist summon if they are within 25% of the summoners Pl.
